Dear Friends,

We hope that you are safe and well.

Today's Meditation features a poem "The You of Trees" sent to us by a contemplative friend who wishes to remain anonymous.

We invite you to join us as we commit ourselves to working tirelessly to end systemic and structural racism in our society, in the church, in healthcare, in the workplace--wherever it shows up so that everyone may come to have more abundant life. May this meditation nourish our contemplative-active hearts and sustain all of us in action.

Dear Friends,

Today's Meditation features Joan Chittister reflecting on Five Ways of Seeing.

Today's Meditation is a poem from David Shumate with an ending line written by my sister Mary with her deep contemplative heart: "An Inventory of Moons."

May this meditation nourish our contemplative-active hearts and sustain all of us in action.

Today's Meditation is John Rutter leading young people from around the world in singing "All Things Bright and Beautiful."

Dear Friends,

We hope that you are safe and well.

We carry you in our hearts along the way of our pilgrimage. We are on the homestretch, having visited family and friends along the way. Today's Meditation is Ilia Delio meditating on "Transformation or Self-Inflation? The Challenge of Spirituality Today." We have been struck by the friendliness of people as we travel. It makes us wonder if getting to know each other better builds bridges across our differences.
