Today's Meditation presents Jane Fonda's Acceptance Speech for her Lifetime Achievement Award at the Golden Globes. She reminds us that honoring people's stories builds our empathy for them: stories can change people's lives. This meditation was called to our attention by Dave Driscoll.

Today's Meditation presents The Resistance Revival Chorus singing "This Joy." They say their mission is "to revive the hearts of those who fight for social justice--we sing together for freedom." They quote the poet Toi Dericotte: "Joy is an act of resistance!" It was sent to us by Lisa Bilotta.

Today's Meditation is The Dance of Life as a Monastery dances with gusto. This group of contemplative nuns (ranging in age from 28-92) learned this Jerusalem dance as a way to cheer people up during the Coronavirus lockdown.
