Dear Friends,

Happy St. Patrick's Day!  We hope that you are safe and well.

Today's Meditation presents a reflection on Celtic Spirituality that celebrates the thin places where God breaks through and touches us, sometimes in conscious ways and sometimes more deeply. Enjoy Christine Valters Paintner's "12 Celtic Spiritual Practices to celebrate God in our world." What a blessing that we are spiritual companions to each other!

Dear Friends,

We hope that you are safe and well.

Today's Meditation presents Jan Phillips' poem on "What is a Mystic." It comes to us from Donna Gaspar--it reminded her of our Sunday Eucharist theme.

We invite you to join us as we commit ourselves to working tirelessly to end systemic and structural racism in our society, in the church, in healthcare, in the workplace--wherever it shows up so that everyone may come to have more abundant life. May this meditation nourish our contemplative-active hearts and sustain all of us in action.

Dear Friends,

We hope that you are safe and well.

Today's Meditation presents a young Ukrainian girl singing in the bomb shelter the song "Let It Go" from the popular Disney musical Frozen. You may have seen invitations on line: different groups are proposing praying for Ukraine at a fixed time every day (e.g.: noontime; 8PM.) We join in sending our prayers and metta compassion to the People of Ukraine and Russia.

Dear Friends,

We hope that you are safe and well.

Today's Meditation presents a reflection by Rev. Vicki Kemper "Happy are the eyes that see what you see." Counting our blessings, the sun , the snow , the trees, the ocean, the mountains, zoom, family get-togethers, crocuses, sunflowers--with every breath we take, we say "Thank You."

Dear Friends,

We hope that you are safe and well.

Today's Meditation comes to us from Pat Ferrone and Irene Desharnais. It is a Guided Meditation in Solidarity with Mothers and Children fleeing from Ukraine.
