Dear Friends,

We pray you are safe and well.

In the spirit of our philosophy of co-creating community and our awareness that the Spirit speaks through each of us, we invite you to share your meditations with us as well. We truly believe that in God’s economy of abundance, when we share our blessings, our thoughts, our feelings, we are all made richer.

Do you ever feel helpless/in a quandary about how to make an impact in working to change systemic racism? We do. Today's Meditation (sent to us by David Gawlik) suggest 75 strategies to make a difference. It is entitled: "White people, do something!" May this meditation nourish our contemplative-active hearts and spur all of us to action.

Dear Friends,We pray you are safe and well.  We were stunned to hear someone who circulates in the mental health community say, "I do not know anyone who has died of Covid-19. I know several people who have died from not being able to endure the isolation of this physical distancing." We all know people who struggle with mental health challenges; it is incumbent that we reach out to them and support them--"over and over announcing their place in the family of things." This has prompted our choice of today's meditation, reminded by community member Bruce Aguilar of Mary Oliver's "Wild Geese." May this meditation nourish your contemplative-active hearts!
