Dear Friends,

We pray you are safe and well. In the spirit of our philosophy of co-creating community and our awareness that the Spirit speaks through each of us, we invite you to share your meditations with us as well. We truly believe that in God’s economy of abundance, when we share our blessings, our thoughts, our feelings, we are all made richer. We are sending you this prayer for healing for all the world.

We hope and pray that you and your loved ones experience genuine peace of mind and heart, and remain in good health during this challenging time.

Loving blessings,

Jean & Ron

We are sharing with you this quote from Mother Teresa passed on to us by Irene Desharnais. We all live in ever-widening concentric circles of care, beginning with our families and then expanding out to our neighbors, those nearby and those far away, perhaps whom we have not yet met; as Will Rogers said, “Strangers are just friends we have not met yet.” Mother Teresa challenges us to embody love and peace to whomever we meet. Even in these days of required “physical distancing” love can find its way to pass on one’s care and concern to another!

Meditation Seven:

I believe that we are not real social workers. We may be doing social work in the eyes of the people, but we are really contemplatives in the heart of the world. For we are touching the body of Christ 24 hours a day. We have 24 hours in his presence. You, too, try to bring the presence of God in your family. Bring that peace, that joy, that strength of presence to each other in the home.  Love begins at home, and it is not how much we do, but how much love we put into the action that we do. So you must pray for us that we may be able to be that good news.
