Members of The Spirit of Life Community marched in the Boston Pride Parade on Saturday, June 9, 2012. The community discussed participation in the parade and decided that it was very important to let the people of Boston know that there is a Catholic community that is open, welcoming, and inclusive. Marching in the parade was a great experience for community members, as we encountered reactions of surprise and delight from spectators that a Catholic group was joyfully participating in the parade!
