This fiscal quarter, the charity to which we will give 15% of our Sunday offering is Bakhita House, which provides hospitality and a safe, caring environment to women who are victims of human trafficking. The Bakhita Community creates an environment that assists guests to rebuild their lives in a community setting, providing emotional support, clothing, food, shelter and various services for the guests. Sr. Maureen will speak to us about their work at our Spiritual Discussion Group after Eucharist.
